This is a CLOSED session for members of GROUP 6 Secondary Guided Reading only. We will review our resources, such as NSGRA, Rise & Rise Up, etc. Prompting readers beyond their word level can be a challenge. What can teachers do to stretch their students? In grade-level meetings, teachers will practice identifying the strengths and needs of readers for decoding, fluency, and comprehension. Once the strengths and needs are identified, they will then target and practice using the prompts that address those needs.
