Come-in, kick-back, and join us in relaxing and embracing the calm. We will begin with a breathing exercise to relax the mind followed by some chair yoga to relax the body. We will then engage in reflective practice, considering key conference take aways. Finally, we will engage in activities to reengage the mind, reenergize the body and reinvigorate the soul.
